Presented by Jim Boesch:  The purpose of this 1 hour training event will be to share an overview of a ministry performance planning strategy outlining a 4 part Vision setting process.   In this, leadership would establish the mission of the organization/ministry, discern an image of the future, the values to direct behavior all of which set the stage for goal setting and implementation.
