Lead Like Jesus Encounter Workshop, a servant leadership development training program founded by Ken Blanchard, author of “The One Minute Manager.” The 10-hour workshop is intended for clergy and laity and men and women at a conference or district level. It has been used as an Advanced Lay Speaking Ministry training course in the Florida Conference. Jim Boesch (GCUMM deployed staff) is a certified facilitator and master trainer who can take your leaders through the workshop and can also certify your leaders as Lead Like Jesus facilitators.
